This program is designed to test you beyond your limits, incorporating all 4 of SHIELD’s pillar strategies, Mindset, Nutrition, Movement, and Recovery. You will be smashing obstacles while working towards an end goal.

This program is designed with 2 friendly challenges every month, tracking those results monthly. All leading to our Rise Above Team Challenge. This structure will keep you motivated and accountable allowing you to progress to the next obstacle. Working together in a group atmosphere, this will help bring your self expectations to a new level. Workouts are tailored to reflect your monthly obstacles preparing you for our Yearly Challenge.
